Happy Thanksgiving my T1D Friends!!
I love Thanksgiving. It's filled with good foods, cooking, baking, and lots of family. It can be a little tricky with the BS, but I always make sure I have a protein and that I get a good workout in the morning to help me be slightly more insulin receptive as I eat lots of delicious foods. By doing this workout, you will be in excellent hands.
How this workout works...
11 - 23 - 17 (Thanksgiving Day Date)
For each exercise do 17 reps, then the next round do 23 reps of each exercise, and for the last and final round, do 17 reps of each listed exercise.
How fast can you finish this workout?? She with your friends in the "Getting Fit with T1D" FB Group. If you still have fuel after this workout, add 1 mile broken into sprints.
