Hi my T1D friend, today we have a 100s challenge style workout. These style of workouts are my favorite. They make you sweat, but you get a little say with how many of each rep you want to do as long as you get the 100 reps in total of each exercise. Meaning you can do 100 straight reps of each workout, or you can break it up with 10 Mountain Climber Twists, 5 Push Up Jacks, 13 Butterfly Crunches and 3 Froggers for the first round. As long as you get in 100 total of each exercise (I write down my reps as I go to better keep track).
