For Instance...my name is Ariel, so my workout would be...
If your name is crazy long, do less rounds. If your workout has exercises you don't know how to do? Either look it up on youtube, or just choose an exercise that you do know. You can also borrow my name, I don't mind. :D I"ll be honest though, I'm rethinking the whole burpee exercise for a common letter like A. How much of a workout can you get in 25 min?? If you're feeling really crazy, you can make it 30 or even 35 min. :D
Once you get your workout finished, share with your T1D friends in the "Getting Fit with T1D" FB Group. That way we can support and motivate each other. You are doing a fantastic job with these HIIT workouts.
