Today is the 100s Challenge, I think it's my favorite type of workout because it's straightforward and such an incredible workout.
ONE TIME THROUGH (as fast as you can)
How this works. You always have to equal 21 exercises total. Meaning first round is 20 burpees then 1 double donkey kick, next round is 19 burpees then 2 double donkey kicks. Keep going until you have 1 burpee and 20 double donkey kicks.
Do this workout as FAST as you can, then you get FULL bragging rights in the T1D Group. :D
