Today is the 100s Challenge, I think it's my favorite type of workout because it's straightforward and such an incredible workout.
- 100 Star Jumps
- 90 Superman Pulses
- 80 Marching Bridge (total)
- 70 High Knees
- 60 Sec Wall Sit
- 50 Air Squats
- 40 Curtsy Lunges (total)
- 30 Star Jumps
- 20 Double Donkey Kicks
- 10 Jump Squats
ONE TIME THROUGH (as fast as you can)
Do this workout as FAST as you can, then you get FULL bragging rights in the T1D Group. :D
