Today's workout is all about cardio (but without running, you're welcome...maybe...).
- 25 High Knees*
- 25 Flutter Kicks*
- 50 Jumping Jacks
- 25 Frog Sit Ups
- 25 Lateral Shuffle Steps*
* signifies each leg
AMRAP 30 min
AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible
