DAY 13 of this 14 Day Challenge. I said that Day 13 would be the last REAL day, because Sundays are Active Rest Days, but...I'm going to create one more workout for you to do either on Sunday, or sometime next week. I just want to make sure you have a full experience from this challenge.
DAY 13: TABATA Challenge
Okay. Today. Another Tabata. Which equals another awesome workout.
For those of you who are giving it your all, and even if you are just adding a little effort, you are progressing, and becoming stronger, every day.
Today Challenge has 2 Circuits. What you do is do the 4 exercises in the first circuit (20 seconds doing the exercise, 10 seconds rest), repeat 6X, then do the next circuit in the same manner, and repeat 6X.
