DAY 11: 'Getting Fit with T1D' Workout Challenge

DAY 11. You only have 2 Days Left after today. You are doing an amazing job. You are almost done with this challenge and you can do some major celebrating from this HUGE accomplishment.

For today's workout, we have a 100s challenge. With this 100s challenge, you can do these 3 workouts in an order, with any number of reps, just as long as you get in 100 reps of each exercise.

Once you finish, let the group know how you did! You definitely deserve bragging rights with this one!! I did this workout today, and it made me sweat, but I was glad I did it.
