DAY 10: After this workout, you technically only have 3 days of intense workouts left of this 14 Day Challenge (the 14th day is an active rest day). Like I stated before, no matter how many rounds or how much you can do, consistently putting in the effort, is going to make a big difference over time.

Today's workout is Donkey Themed. By know, you know I love to use workout themes. Double Donkey Kicks are an awesome cardio and shoulder workout. This workout has you do 10 reps of Double Donkey Kicks then 10 reps of the specified exercise, then repeat. How many rounds can you do in 25 min?? Challenge yourself, you'll be grateful later...
