I'm nervous, but moreso excited for this week's challenge. These workouts are a fantastic way to increase muscle mass to tone, while decreasing insulin resistance. The key to decreasing insulin needs is to consistently workout. Even if you only do 10 min of these workouts a day, you will begin to see better BS control and decreased insulin needs, along with improved physical fitness, self-image, and loss in inches/weight.
