DAY 1: Full Body HIITASTIC Week Challenge

Hiitastic, I just made that up and I'm pretty proud. If you want to join the "Getting Fit with T1D Group". Click the link to be apart of the group and for daily T1D HIIT workout and tips.

OKAY!

It's been WAY too long since our last challenge, so starting today, it's a FULL week of workouts. And yes, you will be sore, but in a good way (if that exists??).

MONDAY

Tabata Torcher (20/10)

How it works? Do the workout as hard as you can for 20 seconds, breath for 10 second. Move to the next exercise.


CIRCUIT 1 (ARMS)

  • Push Up Jacks
  • Shoulder Taps
  • Up Down Planks
  • Burpees

(REPEAT 3X)

CIRCUIT 2 (LEGS)

  • Air Squats
  • Double Donkey Kicks
  • Curtsy Lunges
  • Skaters

(REPEAT 3X)

CIRCUIT 3 (ABS)

  • Heel Touches
  • V Ups
  • Side Plank with Leg Lifts
  • Hollow Hold (for full 30)
