This Cinnabon Protein Popcorn is my absolute favorite healthy snack. This popcorn is air-popped, high in fiber and protein, and doesn’t contain any refined sugar or butter. It’s the perfect guilt-less treat that the whole family will love.
With this popcorn recipe, I like using Met-Rx Vanilla Protein Powder. I'm not affiliated with this company, I just have tried a lot of proteins, and found this one tastes good and it uses Stevia as it's sweetener. Double win!
As for the honey, if you saw the Studio 5 segment, I used honey to add extra sweetness to this batch, but honey is 100% optional and honestly, I don't think it's needed. If you like it sweet though, add a little drizzle of honey.
NOTE ON OIL SPRITZER: You can use an oil sprayer from any major grocery retail, however, I would rather you drizzle olive oil or avocado from a bottle rather than spray. That way your popcorn is free of propellants, soy lecithin, and other unfavorable additives.
