It's the 2 Week T1D Workout Challenge for the New Year!!
Let's start off this year right by doing a super effective (and quick) workout. For the next 2 weeks, do the best you can with the given workout, then let other know in the group how far and how much you accomplished. Believe me, you get full bragging rights with these workouts. They are meant to be short, effective, and increase you metabolism and possibly dropping your insulin needs for 24-48 hours.
Today's workout is a 25 min AMRAP. Meaning, do As Many Rounds As Possible.
If you can't do 25 min, do as many minutes as you can. If the exercise are hard or you have a injured body part, switch it up. The main objective is to get you moving.
25 min AMRAP
20 Star Jumps
1 min Superman Hold
20 Side Plank Raises
1 min Squat Pulse
20 Sit Ups
1 min Wall Sit Hold/Pulse
